His a film directed by Rupert Wyatt, released on 5th August of this year, where Will Rodman (James Franco) is a scientist that discovered a cure to Alzheimer's in a test prove a retrovirus genetically altered in a ape. This virus make the apes more intelligent than before, making their level of intelligence same that humans. One of the apes from a test is a female ape called “Brilliant Eyes” who died after a riot that she started because she thought that her future baby was in danger. Her baby is found by Rodman who takes him at home. Rodman calls this Cèsar. Cèsar inherited the gene of his mother and he learnt very fast.
When Cèsar was grown up Rodman took him to a prison of apes (Rodman didn’t want but he was forced) where Cèsar with other apes escape the prison rioting and destroying in the city. Finally Cèsar and the apes get to the woods where they wanted live.
